Trip Overview
The Royal Trek is an 8-day trekking route in Nepal that offers scenic views of the Annapurna range and a chance to experience the local culture of the region. The trek starts in Pokhara and goes through several small villages, including Kalikasthan and Syaklung, before ending in Chisapani. The trek is relatively easy and suitable for beginners, with a maximum elevation of 1,730 meters. Along the way, trekkers can enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas and interact with the locals to learn about their lifestyle and culture. The best time to go on the Royal Trek is from September to November and from March to May.
Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival, a representative from Mountain Leaders will receive you at the airport and drop you to the hotel. Depending upon your arrival time, we will arrange your activities for the day. In the evening, you will enjoy the welcome dinner alongside a lovely cultural performance program.

Day 2
Kathmandu to Pokhara
After breakfast, you will leave for Pokhara, which will take approximately 7 hours. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you will be dropped off at the hotel. In the evening, you can take a walk around lakeside.

Day 3
Pokhara to Kalikasthan
After breakfast, you will be leaving for Kalikasthan driving through the flat paddy fields. On the way, you can see the beautiful villages resided by Gurungs and Ghales. You will be staying overnight at Kalikasthan.

Day 4
Kalikasthan to Syaglung
After breakfast, you will start to walk through villages where you can get the opportunity to see good views of Annapurna and Lamjung Himal. You will be staying overnight at Syaglung.

Day 5
Syaglung to Chisapani
After a night stay in Syaglung, you will trek to Chisapani . On the way, You can observe Gurung village, rhododendron and sal forest. You can also see the panoramic views of himalayas and Dhaulagiri to the west of Annapurna. We will be staying overnight at Chisapani .

Day 6
Chisapani to Pokhara
We will be heading back to Pokhara from Chisapani. You will reach Pokhara in the late afternoon and you will be dropped off at the hotel. As you will have lots of free time in Pokhara, you can explore more around the lakeside, the busy streets with lots of markets. You can do boating in the afternoon overlooking the Machhapuchhre range of the himalayas. You will be staying overnight at Pokhara.

Day 7
Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, you will drive back to Kathmandu by private transport/ flight and stay overnight.

Departure
After breakfast, as per your flight schedule, our representative from Mountain leaders will drop you to the airport from where you will fly towards your next destination.
