Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival transfer to Hotel.
Upon arrival, a representative from Mountain Leaders will receive you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Depending upon your arrival time, we will arrange for activities for the day. In the evening, you will enjoy the welcome dinner alongside a lovely cultural performance program. We will be staying at Kathmandu.

Day 2
Swyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Sightseeing.
After breakfast, you will be starting the sightseeing tour. You will visit Swyambhunath, a stupa located west of Kathmandu city at top a small hill overlooking the valley. Next stop is Kathmandu Durbar square, a culturally and historically bound world heritage site. After lunch, you will move towards Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is considered to be the best preserved of the three ancient royal squares in Kathmandu valley, with excellent examples of wood and stone carvings, medieval architecture, and repousse craftsmanship to behold. In the evening you will drive back to Kathmandu. We will be staying at Kathmandu.

Day 3
Drive/Fly from Kathmandu to Chitwan
Today, after breakfast, you will either drive or take a flight to Chitwan. It takes around 5 to 6 hours to reach Chitwan depending upon the road condition and traffic. The flight takes around 20 minutes. You will experience the change in weather and temperature as you reach this city at the foothills of Churiya hills. The home of Nepal’s first national park, Chitwan offers you a diversity of flora, fauna and other touristic activities. Upon arrival, you will be provided refreshment and briefed about the hotel and the activities. At 4:00 pm you will visit around the local Tharu Village on an Ox Cart. In the evening at 6:45 pm you will enjoy the cultural program by the Tharu people. We will be staying at Chitwan.

Day 4
Chitwan Jungle Safari.
Today, after breakfast at 7:30 am you will go for a ride in a dugout canoe in the nearby Rapti River. Then you will visit the Elephant Breeding Center. You will have lunch at 12:30 Pm. At 3:00 Pm you will enjoy elephant Back safari in the nearby forest. You will then return to the hotel. We will be staying at Chitwan.

Day 5
Drive from Chitwan to Lumbini
Lumbini is one of the most prestigious and important pilgrimage sites to all the Buddhists. Lumbini being birthplace of “Gautam Buddha” attracts thousands of visitors every year. You will drive from Chitwan to Lumbini which will take around 5 hours. We will be staying at Lumbini.

Day 6
Drive from Lumbini to Tansen/Palpa.
After stay in Lumbini you will drive to Tansen/Palpa via Siddhartha Highway with beautiful roadways scenario. Tansen is the beautiful hill station in the western Nepal on the way to Pokhara. Tansen is the head quarter of Palpa. We will be staying at Palpa.

Day 7
Drive from Tansen/Palpa to Pokhara
Today you will continue the same highway further 122 kms to get to Pokhara. Pokhara is the most beautiful city of whole Nepal. Surrounded by numerous mountain ranges and couples of lakes, this place is a true example of nature’s creation. We will be staying at Pokhara.

Day 8
Pokhara city sightseeing with Sarangkot.
Early in the morning before breakfast at around 5 am, you will drive to Sarangkot (1-hour drive) from where you can observe the beautiful sunrise over the magnificent Himalayan Range. You will then return to the hotel for breakfast. You will then visit Devis Falls, Peace stupa and Gupteshowr Cave. We will be staying at Pokhara.

Day 9
Drive from Pokhara to Nagarkot.
After breakfast we will drive to Nagarkot which is around 32 kms away from Kathmandu valley. Elevated at around 2195 meters from sea level; one can observe magnificent sun set/rise along with numerous mountains in the backdrop. We will be staying at Nagarkot.

Day 10
Drive to Kathmandu along the way Bhaktapur sightseeing.
On the way back to Kathmandu from Nagarkot we will be visiting Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is a perfect example of Ancient Nepalese art and architecture. One can also observe the lifestyle of ‘Newa People’. This square boasts up with numerous temples, ancient palaces, monuments and importantly culture. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is considered to be the best preserved of the three ancient royal squares in Kathmandu valley, with excellent examples of wood and stone carvings, medieval architecture, and repousse craftsmanship to behold. In the evening you will drive to Nagarkot (45-minute drive). We will be staying at Kathmandu.

Day 11
Final Departure.
After breakfast, as per your flight schedule, our representative from Mountain leaders will transfer you to the airport from where you will fly towards your next destination.
