Trip Overview
With eight of the world’s ten highest peaks, Nepal is loaded with spectacular mountains vistas. The flora and fauna are other ornaments of the Sagarmatha National Park. The story of the yeti is still a mystery to the world from the Khumbu region.

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival, a representative from Mountain Leaders will receive you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Depending upon your arrival time, we will arrange for activities for the day. In the evening, you will enjoy the welcome dinner alongside a lovely cultural performance program. We will be staying at Kathmandu.

Day 2
: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800m /9184ft) and Phakding (2,652m/8,698ft)
You will take a flight to Lukla. After reaching Lukla you will be introduced to your guide and porter. You will then continue through Dudhkoshi Ghat. The trail follows the bank of the Dudhkoshi River until Phakding where you can enjoy your time. You will be staying at Phakding.

Day 3
Phakding to Namche Bazar (3,440m /11,283ft)
After breakfast, you will then head towards Namche Bazaar- the biggest Sherpa Village in Nepal. The trail goes over the Dudhkoshi River via a suspension bridge and then through a beautiful pine forest to Monjo. You will approach the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park for a brief permit check and then descend to Dudh Kosi River en route to Jorsale and continue uphill to Namche Bazaar with your first glimpse of Everest in its majesty. You will be staying at Namche Bazaar.

Day 4
Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3860m)
The trek starts after the breakfast as you climb to the top of the ridge above Namche. You can observe excellent panorama of Thamserku, Kantega and Kusum Kangru. The right steep hill drops down in the Dudhkoshi Valley. As you walk along we can enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Everest (8848 m), Lhotse (8511m), Nuptse (7879m), Amadablam (6856m) and Tawache (6542m). You will decent through the village of Trashinga and reach Phinki Tenga. You will then have to climb up to reach Tyangboche. The first half of the climb is really steep but it becomes easy later. You will pass through a stone gate built by lamas as a sign of welcome in Tyangboche. Tyangboche is famous for the Tyangboche Monastery, which was built in 1916 and is very significant to the Sherpa living in this region. You will be staying at Teahouse Lodge at Tyangboche.

Day 5
Tyangboche to Manjo (2,835m)
After breakfast, you will trek to Monjo which will take approximately about 6 hours. The trail goes up along the course of the Dudh Koshi River. You will be staying at Teahouse Lodge at Monjo.

Day 6
Manjo to Lukla (2860m)
This morning you will depart Manjo and continue our descent along the Dudh Kosi. On arrival in Lukla you will have time to relax and celebrate the completion of your trek. You will be staying at Teahouse Lodge in Lukla.

Day 7
Lukla to Kathmandu
You will be back to Kathmandu from Lukla by flight. In Kathmandu airport to Hotel transfer by private transport. Free day and overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 8
Departure from Kathmandu
After breakfast, as per your flight schedule, our representative from Mountain leaders will transfer you to the airport from where you will fly towards your next destination.
