Everest base camp is the famous trekking route among the travelers and trekkers. This trek begins from Lukla 45 minutes by flight till the Everest base camp and Kalapathar at an altitude of 2,800+ meters and this possibly need at least 15 days to complete this trail through the panoramic views of Himalayas, snow-capped mountains and also you can observe wild animals like musk deer, tiger, snow leopard and other various species of birds. The best time to visit Everest base camp is outside the rainy season in March to May and September to December. The interesting facts about this trekking is that trekkers do not have to walk long hours so that trekkers with altitude sickness can do this trek easily because we will have sufficient days to acclimatization during trek.


Itinerary

Upon arrival, a representative from Mountain Leaders will receive you at the Airport and transfer to the hotel. Depending upon your arrival time, we will arrange for activities for the day. In the evening, you will enjoy the welcome dinner alongside a lovely cultural performance program. Overnight in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, our guide will pick you up from the hotel and start a day with full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square which is the old palace square. Next we will proceed to Swayambhunath temple- one of the oldest Buddhist Shrines .We will then processed to Visit Pashupatinath- the holiest Hindu temple and Boudhanath- one of the biggest and holiest stupa. Overnight in Kathmandu.

We will take a flight to Lukla which will take approximately for about 45 minutes. After reaching Lukla you will be introduced to your guide and porter. We will then continue through Dudh Kashi Ghat followed by the bank of the Dudh Koshi River until Phakding. Overnight stay at Lodge.

Early morning after breakfast, we will then headed towards Namche Bazaar- the biggest Sherpa Village in Nepal. We will then continues through the Dudh Koshi River via suspension bridge and then through a beautiful pine forest to Monjo. we will then visit Sagarmatha National Park for a permit check and then descend to Dudh Kosi River en route to Jorsale and continue uphill to Namche Bazaar. Overnight stay at Namche bazaar.

Today we are staying in Namche bazaar before continuing on Everest base camp trek for Acclimatization. On this day you can rest to allow your body to adjust to the higher elevation to avoid altitude sickness. we can even involve in short hiking to Everest view point and visit Khumjung village and after exploring Khumjung village, we will the return back to Namche and overnight stay at Namche bazaar.

Today we'll start our day with easy climbing and down to Phunki Thanka via suspension bridge and we will then visit Tengboche Monastery which is the largest monasteries in this trek.

Today after breakfast, we will step downhill to Dingboche. On the way we can see the stunning views of Mt. Everest, Amadablam and many other mountains. We will then cross over glacial moraines and reached Dingboche. Overnight stay at Dingboche.

Today we will spend a day in Dingboche to acclimate to the high altitude.We can see the six world’s tallest peaks including Lhotse, Makalu and Cho Oyu .We can also observe the beautiful Dingboche village. Overnight stay at Dingboche.

After breakfast, we will continue our trek towards Lobuche through the dense forests and rhododendron trees. On the way you can observe stunning views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam. We will then cross the Imja river to reach Pangboche where you can visit the Pangboche monastery. The trail continues to Lobuche and overnight stay at Lobuche.

On this day our trekking duration is quite long and tiring. After leaving Lobuche, we walk alongside the Khumbu glacier. We can experienced perfect blue sky which will take you to the top of the world.We will walk over huge rocks and continue walking for 2 hours we will then reach Gorakshep. We will then continue walk towards Everest base camp . It is walking over glacier with heavy wind and it takes around 6 hours after spending long hours we will back to Gorakshep.Overnight stay in Gorakshep.

Early in the morning we will climb to Kalapatthar and on the way we can observe panoramic views of Himalayas and sunrise views. We will then trek down to Pheriche via Lobuche . Pheriche has a number of welcome teahouses. Feriche consists of several stone buildings. Overnight stay at Pheriche.

Today we will trek down to Tengboche and we can also visit Tengboche monastery which is the largest monasteries in this trek.Overnight stay at Tengboche.

On this day we will trek through a lush forest and rhododendron and cross the Dudh koshi river and after that we will make our way back to Namche Bazaar passing the river followed by the bank to Jorsale and Monjo. Overnight stay in Monjo.

Today we will continue our trek along the Dudh Kosi and reached Lukla where you can relax and celebrate the completion of your trek. Overnight stay at Lukla.

Early morning after breakfast we will reached Lukla Airport and fly back to Kathmandu. On the arrival in Kathmandu you will be transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is leisure so you can go for shopping . Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

After breakfast you will be transferred to the Tribhuvan International Airport for your final departure.
