| Tsome to Mendang Trek with Mt Kulhakangri |

After a few days in Lhasa we take a four wheel drive to visit Tsetang via Samye Monastery, another day driving takes us to Tsome (Shora village) and from there we begin our trekking. It will take five days walk to the Kulhakangri Base Camp. We will pass Tsemalang, Mendang, Basear, and also the Meshangla Pass which is 5000 meter high. At the Base Camp you can see otherhigh montains on theest side of Mt. Kulakangri. After two more days excursion around the Kulkangri BC, we drive to Gyantse and Shigatse to visit Kumbum and Tashilunpo Monasteries andthen to Zhangmu via Shegar. We go to Kathmandu from the Boarder.
Itinerary: Day 01: Fly Kathmandu, Chengdu or Beijing to Lhasa in Tibet. Day 02-03: Sightseeing of Potala Palace, Norbulinka, Drepung & Sera monasteries, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Bazaarin Lhasa. Day 04: Drive to Tsetang via Samye Day 05: Sightseeing in Tsetang. Day 06: Drive to Tsome (Shora Village) Day 07: Trek to Tsemalang Day 08: Trek to Meshang La Day 09: Trek to Mendang Day 10: Drive to Basear Day 11: Trek to Kulhakangri B.C.
