Ganesh Himal Trek
Description
The Ganesh Himal trek is an alternate trek that leads you through the untouched Tamang culture, provides magnificent views of many mountains and takes you through multicolored rhododendron forests. Ganesh Himal (also known als Mt. Ganesh) is named after Hindu god Lord Ganesha. The mountain is located in western Nepal, between the Manaslu and Langtang ranges. The trek starts from Trishuli (six hours driving from Katmandu ) and ends at Gorkha (seven hours driving from Katmandu). The maximum elevation on this route is 5000 m. Part of this trek is very difficult, because of high passes and narrow trails. For this trekking, good health and experience of hiking is necessary. The enchanting panoramic views of mountains from Singla Bhanjyang and sights of the eye catching terrace land, will create unforgettable memories.
