Ramdung Peak is situated south of Na, in the upper Rolwaling region. It is one of a cluster of peaks surrounding the Yalung La ,which provides an access to upper Rolwaling from the south via the Khare khola. A team led by Bill Murray first climbed the peak in 1952. Ramdung is an ideal summit for trekking and climbing groups as the normal route to it, through the glaciers on north-east side, is straightforward. The mountain offers a panoramic view of mountain ranges from Langtang to Everest and also a splendid views of Gauri Sankar and Menlungtse.

Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Charikot. Then trek to Rato Mate. Overnight stay in Rato Mate.

Day 2: Trek from Rato Mate to Shigati Bazaar. Overnight stay in Shigati Bazaar.

Day 3: Trek from Shigati Bazaar to Jagat. Overnight stay in Jagat.

Day 4: Trek from Jagat to Shapka. Overnight stay in Shapka.

Day 5: Trek from Shapka to Simi Gaoun. Overnight stay in Simi Gaoun.

Day 6: Trek from Simi Gaoun to Dogang. Overnight stay in Dogang.

Day 7: Trek from Dogang to Rolwaling. Overnight stay in Rolwaling.

Day 8: Trek from Rolwaling to Na. Overnight stay in Na.

Day 9: Trek from Na to Ramdung Base Camp. Overnight stay in Ramdung Base Camp.

Day 10: Trek from Ramdung Base Camp to Ramdung High Camp. Overnight stay in Ramdung High Camp.

Day 11: Trek from Ramdung High Camp to summit Ramdung peak (6925 m). Trek to Ramdung Base Camp. Overnight stay in Ramdung Base Camp.

Day 12: Trek from Ramdung Base Camp to Na. Overnight stay in Na.

Day 13: Trek to Do Gaoun.

Day 14: Trek to Simigaoun.

Day 15: Trek to Buung.

Day 16: Trek to Chilangkha.

Day 17: Trek to Bigu Gumba.

Day 18: Trek to Tingsang-La.

Day 19: Trek to Karthale.

Day 20: Trek to Barabise.

Day 21: Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.
