This trail between the Kabeli and Khaksewa river, offers an in-depth experience of the culture, tradition and lifestyle of the Limbu people, who dominate this region. The Limbu's have their own way of living, partly developed from or influenced by Tibetan culture. This trek starts from Suketar and passes through Lalikharka, Kande Bhanjyang, Simbu, Phungphung, Phumpe and Mamankhe. The trek ends in Mamankhe, where more than 95 % of the people are Limbu. A wide range of cardamom farms, unique Himalayan flora and fauna, untouched natural landscape and cultural dances are the major attractions of the region. Taste the local tongba (alcoholic beverage) and sukuti (dry meat), interact with the people and participate in their regular activities, hiking along unrefined trails crossing the ridge offering some of the best of Himalayan experiences.

Day 1: Flight from Kathmandu to Suketar (2420 m). This flight will take 1 hour. Overnight stay in Suketar.
Day 2: Trek from Suketar(2420 m) to Lalikharka. This walk will take 4 to 5 hours. Overnight stay in Lalikharka.
Day 3: Trek from Lalikharka to Bhanjyang (2129 m). This walk will take 4 to 5 hours. Overnight stay in Bhanjyang.
Day 4: Trek from Bhanjyang (2129 m) to Phumpe (1858 m). This walk will take 7 to 8 hours. Overnight stay in Phumpe.
Day 5: Trek from Phumpe (1858 m) to Mamankhe (1645 m). This walk will take 3 to 4 hours.
