Along the routes, travelers will experience the typical Sherpa culture in the alpine settlements such as Lukla, Phakding, Monjo, Namche Bazaar, Khumjung, Thame and Tyangboche. This area offers various treks from moderate to strenuous. Apart from trekking, main attraction here are the expeditions to the high peaks. These expeditions are mostly guided by Sherpas: people who originally come from the mountains and have very good skills in climbing them.
