Nowonder, Everest Base Camp Trekking is one of the famous treks in the world, Everest base camp trek is most common two week trek starting and finishing at Lukla, the airport just to the south of Sagarmatha National park. Everest Base Camp is a not so easy and demanding climb but not technical and should not be ahead of most proficient walkers. The base camp is the starting point for many of the expeditions to take on the summit i.e. the mighty Mount Everest. We fly into the remote mountain town of Lukla (9,350 feet) to begin our trek into the Khumbu region of the Himalayas. The views of the Himalayan Mountains from Lukla on a clear day are breathtaking.

Everest, and Lhotse. Kala Patthar at 5545m promises the best view of Mt Everest.
Kala Patthar(5545 m) is the highest access point in this trek from where we can view the truly spectacular panorama of Sagamartha( Mt. Everest ) (8,848 m), and Lhotse (27,560 feet).
Itinerary
DAY 01: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800m) and trek to Phakding (2,800m) 4 hrs. O/N Lodge.
DAY 02: Phakding trek to Namche Bazar (3,446m) 6 hrs. O/N Lodge.
DAY 03: Namche bazaar rest/acclimatization day, visit Buddhist monastery, museum and others. O/N Lodge.
DAY 04: Trek Namche Bazar to Thyangboche (3,867m) 6 hrs. O/N Lodge.
DAY 05: Trek Thyangboche to Dingboche (4,300m) 6 hrs. O/N Lodge.
DAY 06: Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,930m) 6 hrs. O/N Lodge.
DAY 07: Lobuche rest day. O/N Lodge.
DAY 08: Lobuche trek to Gorapshep 5170m, (2 and half hrs) and O/N Lodge.
DAY 09: Gorapshe trek to Everest base camp 5400m and back to Gorapshep (5 hrs) and O/N same. or (Gorapshep KalaPatthar 5545m -Gorapshep) 3 hrs. O/N Lodge.
DAY 10: Gorapshep trek to Pheriche 4280m (6 and half hrs) and O/N Lodge.
DAY 11: Pheriche trek to Thyangboche 3860m, (4 hrs) and O/N Lodge.
DAY 12: Thyangboche trek to Namche Bazaar 3440m, (5 hrs) and O/N Lodge.
DAY 13: Namche Bazaar trek to Lukla 2840m, (7hrs) and O/N Lodge.
DAY 14: Lukla to Kathmandu by flight. End of the trek.

Day by Day Itinerary Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu Arrive in Kathmandu, meet our staff, and you will be transferred to your hotel. We will invite you for a welcome dinner from our side. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu. Today we go for sightseeing around the Kathmandu Valley.Kathmandu Durbar Square walking trip sightseeing, a typical Newar town where the culture is still alive and other famous places listed by UNESCO world heritage sites. All these sites are the best combination of Hinduism, Buddhism and old palace.
(NB: We walk a average about 5 – 6 hours per day.)
Day 03 : Fly to Lukla (2840m) and trek to Phakding. Overnight Phakding (2640m) You have a scenic flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. From Lukla the trail climbs to Ghat (2590) and again climbs to Phadking. In Phakding you can climb to the gompa to see your first view of the high peaks. Now you will really feeling like you have arrived in the Himalayan Kingdom. Overnight Stay in Phakding.(B.L.D)
Day 04:Phakding (2640m) to Namche Bazaar (3420m) We start our trek after having breakfast from Phakding .From here you can see excellent views of Thamserku peak. Then the trail climbs to Chomoa, the site of an agricultural project, an interesting place to have a look around and gain an insight into the farming way of life of these people. From Chomoa, the trail again climbs to Monjo (2840m) and enters the Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park (1148sq km, established in 1976). Walking some distance up hill you will be at Jorsale (2830m) and after a long climb with views of Mt. Everest peeking over the ridge of Nuptse (7879m) the trail reaches the street of Namche Bazaar. Day 05: Namche Bazaar - rest day for acclimatization , visit Buddhist monastery, museum and or short hiking. After having breakfast take some sightseeing around Namche Bazaar. Then you can hike to the Everest View Hotel, the ideal place to overview some of the outstanding mountains such as Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Lhotse etc. Make sure you have your camera to capture this moment. In the centre of Namche you can visit the mountaineering museum and visit the Sagarmatha Pollution Control Committee (SPCC). In Namche Bazaar you can spend some time interacting with the fun-loving Sherpa people. In Namche above the police check post you will see Sagarmatha National Park headquarters and if you want to look at the visitor centre it is open from 8am to 4pm except Saturdays and holidays. Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Dole(4040 m). Today we walk from Namche to Dole. Overnight Stay in Dole.(B.L.D)
Day 07: Dole to Machhermo (4410m) From Dole the trail climbs through a huge rock at Lhabarma (4330m) and carries on to Luza (4340m).From Luza the trail continues to climb to Machhermo (4410m) where you can have good views of the mountains. Overnight Stay in Machhermo. (B.L.D)
Day 08: Machhermo - Gokyo (4750m, 5 hrs) Today, we will be passing through Machhermo; the trail climbs and reaches Pangka (4390m). Beyond Pangka the trail drops and again climbs steeply. From there you can see the massive Ngozmpa Glacier and finally you arrive at Gokyo. Overnight Stay in Gokyo.(B.L.D)
Day 09: Gokyo - visit Gokyo Ri (5340m), walk down Nala.(4440 m) After having breakfast you can take a look around Gokyo valley. If you want to observe the best view you have to climb Gokyo RI (5357m) which is also called Kala Patthar but not the Kala Patthar above Gorakshep. From here you have panoramic views of Cho Oyu (8201m), Gyachung Kang (7922m), Everest, Lhotse (8516m), Makalu (4063m), Cholaste and Tawachee. Walk down to Nala and Overnight Stay in Nala.(B.L.D)
Day 10: Nala to Cho-La Pass (5,420m) and to Dzongla After breakfast walk from Nala to Cho La Pass and walk up to Dzongla The views of Ama Dablam and Taweche are spectacular. Overnight Stay in Dzongla . (B.L.D)
Day 11: Dzongla to Lobuche (5018 m) After a rough trail we reach to our site at Lobuche, a windswept collection of huts tucked in a narrow meadow between the glacier and the Lobuche Peak (6119m). The Lhotse ridge is simply awesome from this angle. Overnight Stay in Lobuche .(B.L.D)
Day 12: Lobuche –KalaPatthar (5545 m)/Everest Base Camp (5364 m) – Lobuche A long day and an early start. We trek along the rough path along the side of the Khumbu glacier to the tea shacks at Gorakshep (5140m). Behind rises the attractive 7165m peak of Pumo Ri which dwarfs our trek’s summit of Kala Patthar. All the peaks – Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8516m), Nuptse (7861m), Changtse also called Bei Peak (7553), Ama Dablam (6856m) and scores of other lesser peaks can be seen from this wonderful vantage point. OR Trek upto Everest Base Camp and trek back to Lobuche. Overnight Stay in Lobuche. (B.L.D)
Day 13: Lobuche back to Tengboche ( 3850 m) Today we continue our trek downward and trek upto Tengboche. Overnight Stay in Tengboche. (B.L.D)
Day 14: Tengboche to Monjo (2850m) We return back to the hustling and bustling market place of the everest region ,Namche Bazaar. Overnight Stay in Monjo .(B.L.D)
Day 15: Monjo to Lukla After numerous ascents and descents through the forest, among rocky cliffs and sheer drops overlooking the river, we finally reach Lukla. Overnight Stay in Lukla .(B.L.D)
Day 16: Lukla to Kathmandu Today we take a morning flight to Kathmandu. Overnight stay in Hotel in Kathmandu. B.B
Day 17 : Departure home.
