Description
The Churen Himal trek is a non touristic trekking trail in the Annapurna region. This trek is for those who love to explore beautiful nature and wild valleys. The exotic, breathtaking Himalayas like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Gurja Himal and Churen Himal can be viewed during the Churen Himal trek. We will take you out of the beaten track, inside a region where very few foreigners are travelling, reaching the Churen Himal base camp, a peak that belongs to the western Dhaulagiri range.
Grade
The Churen Chimal trek can be kept in moderate category. To adjust ourselves to the high altitudes, we will take rest and acclimatize from time to time, to prevent you from facing any difficulties. Anyone with a reasonable level of physical fitness can walk this trek. Nevertheless, it is recommended to train your walking skills before you start this trek: this will help you in walking several hours a day.

Churen Himal Trek - 21 days
Day 1: Travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara by land (this will take 6 to 7 hours) or flight (this will take 30 minutes). Preparing for the trekking.
Day 2: Trek from Pokhara (820 m) to Tatopani (1190 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Tatopani.
Day 3: Trek from Tatopani (1190 m) to Darbang This walk will take 5 to 6 hours. Overnight stay in Darbang.
Day 4: Trek from Darbang to Sibang (1750 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Sibang.
Day 5: Trek from Sibang (1750 m) to Jalja La (2650 m). This walk will take 5 to 6 hours. Overnight stay in Jalja La.
Day 6: Trek from Maraini to Gurjaghat (2800 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Gurjaghat.
Day 7: Trek from Gurjaghat (2800 m) to Rupachaur Kharka (3400 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Rupachaur Kharka.
Day 8: Trek from Rupachaur Kharka (3400 m) to Gurjagon (2700 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Gurjagon.
Day 9: Trek from Gurjagon (2700 m) to Darsinge Kharka (2945 m). This walk will take 4 to 5 hours. Overnight stay in Darsinge Kharka.
Day 10: Trek from Darsing Kharka (2945 m) to Bundzunge Kharka (4090 m). This walk will take 8 to 9 hours. Overnight stay in Bundzunge Kharka.
Day 11 : Trek from Bundzunge Kharka (4090 m) to Churen Himal Base Camp (4160 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Churen Himal Base Camp.
Day 12: Trek from Churen Himal Base Camp (4160 m) to Bundzunge Kharka (4090 m). This walk will take 5 to 6 hours. Overnight stay in Bundzunge Kharka.
Day 13: Trek from Bundzunge Kharka (4090 m) to Gurkagam (2700 m). This walk will take 7 to 8 hours. Overnight stay in Gurkagam.
Day 14: Trek from Beda Kharka to Bashi Kharka. This walk will take 5 to 6 hours.
Day 15: Trek from Gurjagon (2700 m) to Lulang (2600 m). This walk will take 7 to 8 hours. Overnight stay in Lulang.
Day 16: Trek from Lulang (2600 m) to Khibang (2150 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Khibang.
Day 17: Trek from Khibang (2150 m) to Marang (1900 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Marang.
Day 18: Trek from Marang (1900 m) to Pakhapani (1830 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Pakhapani.
Day 19: Trek from Pakhapani (1830 m) to Beni (820 m). This walk will take 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay in Beni.
Day 20: Drive from Beni to Pokhara by bus.
Day 21: Travel back from Pokhara to Kathmandu by drive or flight.
